I recently visited this charming shop for some minor shoe repairs on my favorite sneakers. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They quickly assessed my shoes and offered a couple of options to fix them, all while sharing tips on how to maintain sneakers in the future. The turnaround was pretty quick, and when I came back to pick them up, they had done a fantastic job! They even cleaned them up a bit, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I’d suggest is having a clearer sign outside; I initially walked past it because I didn’t see any signage!

As someone who loves shoes but hates the idea of throwing them away, I can’t recommend this place enough! I brought in an old pair of dress shoes that I thought were beyond saving. The team was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. They pointed out the issues and suggested some repairs that wouldn’t break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their services were, especially considering the quality of their work. When I came back to pick up my shoes, I was blown away! They looked better than when I first bought them! The attention to detail was remarkable. They even polished them up beautifully! My only minor critique would be that the shop could use a bit of an update in terms of decor; it’s a bit dated, but honestly, the stellar service more than makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back for all my shoe repairs and will be spreading the word to my friends and family!

I had an incredible experience at this shoe repair shop! My favorite pair of leather boots had some serious wear and tear, and I was ready to say goodbye to them. The staff took their time to assess the damage, and I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were about different materials. They gave me a fair quote and promised to bring them back to life. When I picked them up a week later, they looked brand new! The craftsmanship was impeccable, and I couldn’t have been happier. The only downside was parking; it was a little tricky to find a spot, but totally worth it for the quality of service I received.

They even fixed a stubborn scuff that I thought would never come out. They were polished and ready for my next adventure. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps extending the hours a bit. I found it challenging to fit a visit into my schedule, as I work during typical business hours. Nonetheless, the quality of work and dedication to customer satisfaction is undeniable, and I can't wait to bring in my other shoes for a little TLC.
